​Returns at Happy Lashes

We are very sorry that you want to return your package or parts of it to us. According to Swiss law, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order or part of it for a refund of the purchase price. To expedite this process, please follow these steps:

1. Return Form: Print out our return form, fill it out completely, and include it signed in your package. If you are unable to print it, you can also include the necessary information on a handwritten note.

2. Return Address: Happy Squad, Inh. von Wartburg c/o Yves von Wartburg Oberdorfstrasse 52 3182 Ueberstorf

3. Insured Shipping: We recommend sending the package insured with the shipping company of your choice.

4. Return Processing: Once your return has arrived, it will be checked and processed. The purchase price will then be automatically refunded to you via the original payment method.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to provide free return labels.

Important Notes: A return and refund are excluded if the products have already been used or damaged. The same applies if the hygiene seal has been opened after delivery.
